De BrickPlaats is an independent seller of LEGO® products. De BrickPlaats is not part of the LEGO Group and has no official commercial partnership, sponsorship, approval, authorization, or licensing agreement with the LEGO Group.
When this website, our webshop, emails, social media, or advertisements refer to LEGO® products, this is solely to clarify which original products, sets, parts, themes, or minifigures are offered or discussed.
Use of LEGO® trademarks
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. De BrickPlaats uses the name LEGO® only to refer to original LEGO® products, LEGO® sets, LEGO® parts, LEGO® minifigures, and other products relevant to our assortment.
De BrickPlaats does not use LEGO® as its own brand name, company name, or indication of ownership. The name De BrickPlaats is our own trade name. The reference to LEGO® does not mean that De BrickPlaats is sponsored, authorized, approved, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
Other mentioned names, themes, characters, logos, films, series, brands, and licenses may also be trademarks or copyrighted properties of the LEGO Group or other rights holders. These names are used solely to describe products clearly and correctly.
No use of the LEGO logo as own logo
De BrickPlaats does not use the official LEGO logo as part of its own corporate identity, company logo, or brand identity. If the LEGO logo is visible on a product photo, packaging, manual, sticker, box, or other original product material, it is because the logo is part of the original product or original packaging shown or sold.
A visible LEGO logo on a product photo or video does not mean that De BrickPlaats is officially connected to, supported by, or approved by the LEGO Group.
Images, videos, and atmosphere shots
Images and videos on this website, in our webshop, in advertisements, or on social media may contain LEGO® sets, LEGO® parts, minifigures, packaging, manuals, built models, or atmosphere shots. These visuals are intended to show products clearly, honestly, and recognizably.
All LEGO® sets, minifigures, parts, and accessories shown in images and videos are sold separately unless clearly stated otherwise on the respective product page.
Atmosphere shots, banners, videos, and general campaign images may show multiple products at once. These images are intended for inspiration. Only the product title, product description, price, condition, contents, product photos, and any remarks on the specific product page determine what is included in the purchase.
Product information and condition of products
De BrickPlaats sells both new and used LEGO® products. Used or secondhand LEGO® products may show signs of use, discoloration, missing box, missing manual, damaged packaging, incomplete contents, or other deviations. When known, this is clearly stated on the product page.
For used LEGO® sets, vintage LEGO® products, loose parts, and collectors items, the condition may vary per product. Customers are therefore advised to carefully review the product description, photos, and any remarks before placing an order.
Although De BrickPlaats works carefully, product information, images, or stock data may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. When an error is discovered, De BrickPlaats may correct it. In case of doubt, contact can always be made before placing an order.
No sale of counterfeit as LEGO® product
De BrickPlaats wants to provide customers with clarity about what they are buying. Products offered as LEGO® products are intended as original LEGO® products. De BrickPlaats does not sell counterfeit products as LEGO® products.
If a product, part, or accessory is not from LEGO®, or if there is doubt about this, it will be clearly stated where possible. De BrickPlaats does not support deception, counterfeit sales, or the improper use of LEGO® trademarks for products that are not original LEGO® products.
Copyright protected material
The LEGO Group may hold copyrights on, among other things, building instructions, product photos, packaging, catalog material, illustrations, logos, minifigures, product shapes, and other creative material. De BrickPlaats respects these rights.
Images of packaging, manuals, or LEGO® products may be shown on this website to inform customers as well as possible about the offered product. This use is intended for product recognition, transparency, and sales information and not to suggest ownership, sponsorship, or approval by the LEGO Group.
Promotions, campaigns, and contests
Promotions, discount campaigns, contests, social media posts, newsletters, and other expressions from De BrickPlaats are De BrickPlaats’s own actions unless clearly stated otherwise. These actions are not sponsored, managed, authorized, or approved by the LEGO Group.
