LEGO® LEGENDS OF CHIMA

LEGO® Legends of CHIMA is a fantasy theme that ran from 2013 to 2015 and is set in a world of warring animal tribes trying to obtain CHI. This is also reflected in the design: vehicles and buildings often feature clear “tribe” details (think lions, crocodiles, eagles, wolves and more), making them instantly recognizable as CHIMA.

Within LEGO® Legends of CHIMA sets, Speedorz sets are an important component: small, fast vehicles that you launch with a ripcord as a skill game, often with elements such as CHI-orbs and CHI-crystals. This makes the sets fun for action and competition, while also making them ideal for building your own stories around the different tribes and their vehicles.

What is LEGO® Legends of CHIMA?

LEGO® Legends of CHIMA is a LEGO® theme from 2013–2015 set in a fantasy world where animal tribes battle over a power source called CHI. The sets reflect this with tribe-inspired styles, vehicles, temples, and characters that together create one recognizable world.

Which LEGO® Legends of CHIMA sets are most characteristic of CHIMA?

Speedorz sets are very distinctive: you launch a vehicle with a ripcord and take on challenges involving CHI orbs and CHI crystals. There are also larger sets featuring tribe vehicles and locations that bring the CHIMA world to life.

Which LEGO® Legends of CHIMA Minifigures are great for collecting or building scenes?

Many collectors choose minifigures by tribe (e.g., lion, crocodile, eagle, wolf) to create armies, teams, or city-style scenes. With additional minifigures, a temple, arena, or vehicle set immediately gains more story and atmosphere.
