  • Valhalla for LEGO fans big and small

    I had a truly fantastic Lego experience in Oss today. What a great store and fantastic staff! My son felt like he was in a candy store. Buying used Lego works great. I think they'll need a lot more bricks in the future, because this store might be bursting at the seams soon ;).

LEGO® BrickLink Designer Program

De BrickLink Designer Program is a program in which LEGO® fans submit their own designs, after which the community votes and the finalists become available through a pre-order phase.

If a finalist receives sufficient interest, the design goes into production: the BrickLink Designer Program pages state that sets are produced with 3,000+ pre-orders and that a per-household limit applies during the pre-order. 3,000+ pre-orders produced, with a per-household limit applying during the pre-order.

What makes these sets especially interesting is that they are often produced as a one-time, limited production run. As a result, many models become difficult to find later and remain popular with collectors and experienced builders.

BrickLink also emphasizes that these are sets designed by LEGO® fans for experienced builders, so you can expect original ideas and lots of building detail.

In this collection, De BrickPlaats brings together BrickLink Designer Program releases: from large display models to unique buildings and themed sets you won't find in the standard LEGO® range.

What is the BrickLink Designer Program (BrickLink Designer Program)?

It is a fan-driven program in which LEGO® fans design sets and the community helps determine which designs move forward. The finalists then enter a pre-order phase, and if there are enough pre-orders, the sets go into production.
