BrickLink Designer Program

TheBrickLink Designer Programis a program where LEGO® fans submit their own designs, after which the community votes, and the finalists are made available through a pre-order phase.

If a finalist receives sufficient interest, the design will go into production: the BrickLink Designer Program pages state that sets at3,000+ pre-ordersproduced and that there is a limit per household during the pre-order.

What makes these sets particularly interesting is that they are often one-off, limited production runs. This ensures that many models are difficult to find later and remain popular with collectors and experienced builders.

BrickLink also emphasizes that these are sets designed by LEGO® fans for experienced builders,so you can count on original ideas and lots of construction details.

In this collection, De BrickPlaats brings together BrickLink Designer Program releases: from large display models to unique buildings and theme sets not found in the standard LEGO® line.

It's a fan-driven program where LEGO® fans design sets and the community helps determine which designs will be featured. Finalists then enter a pre-order phase, and if they receive enough pre-orders, the sets go into production.
