LEGO® train tracks and switches are the foundation of your layout. LEGO® offers separate track sets designed to complement existing train sets (straight sections, curves, and flexible tracks), as well as switches for splitting your track and creating new directions.

Want to ride and take control? You’ll soon discover LEGO® train control with Powered Up: via Bluetooth, you can control trains with a remote control and/or app, depending on the hub/motor you use.

Which LEGO® train set best suits my railway layout?

That depends on what you enjoy: mainly riding with passengers, loading and unloading cargo, or a compact track to get started. In the LEGO® train collection, you’ll find different styles of LEGO® train set options and extensions to make your track larger later.

Are LEGO® train tracks and switches compatible with my LEGO® train?

Yes, the individual track and switch sets are designed as expansions for existing train sets. The track set with straight/curved/flex pieces is intended as an addition to LEGO® City train sets, and the switch set connects to existing rails to split routes.

How does LEGO® train control work with Powered Up?

Powered Up uses Bluetooth to connect components such as hubs and motors to an app or a remote control. The LEGO® Powered Up remote control is designed to control builds that work with compatible hubs, and the platform is made to add movement and control.

Are used LEGO® sets complete?

Yes, we carefully inspect every LEGO® set. If anything is missing, it will be noted in the product description. Is a piece missing? Let us know, and we'll make it right.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days to return your order. Register your return with us by email or in-store; you can find all the steps and conditions on our returns page .
